Service Description

This program is for you, who want to dive deeper into the habits and patterns that seem to derail you - and changing and sustaining new habits is not easy and takes time. Through this 6-month program I will support you to implement small changes little by little at a pace that works for you in order to achieve your health goals. We'll meet twice a month for 6 months (12 sessions in total). Together will look into the roots of the obstacles that are holding you back from living the balanced and healthy life you want. Through the program I will support you to identify, what goals you would like to achieve and how. You will be held accountable for the goals and the commitment to the process, but I will be your "wing-man" for guidance along the way and support you in the challenges that might occur. The 6-month Program include: 12 x 45min coaching sessions (one-one-one/Online) Help to define the "why" /roots to your current health situation Find your definition of what a healthy balanced life means to you and the goals to achieve it Support on your mildly scary journey of lifestyle change Message support between sessions Detailed session notes & next action steps Access to healthy recipes
